Fanticipate Inc. (“Fanticipate”) has developed this privacy notice (“Privacy Notice” or the “Notice”) to demonstrate our commitment to protecting the privacy of our users (a “User” or “you”).  The Privacy Notice describes how Fanticipate collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the website,, Fanticipate mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Website”), any services offered on the Website (“Services”), or otherwise, and your choices with respect to how we use this information.

The Information We Collect and How

We collect the information you voluntarily provide directly to us, such as when you complete a form or submit information to us.  We also collect information when you interact with the Website, for example, through our use of cookies.

Information You Provide

Account Information.  In order to use the Services, you would need to provide your personal account information (the “Account Information”).  Account Information includes contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, username, mailing address, and telephone number.  We need this information in order to provide you with the Services. 
Social Media.  If you interact with our Website by sharing on a social media platform, we may collect information that you post.  Please note that your comments will be visible to the public, so you should never share personal information that you would like to keep private.
Purchase of Services.  Services purchased from Fanticipate via credit card are processed through Stripe.  The card number is processed by the third party service provider, Stripe. Information on Stripe’s Privacy Policy and other terms can be found at  At no time is your credit card number stored by Fanticipate.  However, Fanticipate does keep records of any purchases you make through the Website. 
Contacting Us.  If you send us an email or contact us, we may collect your email address and any other information that you provide.
Completing Forms on the Website.  If you request to receive information or fill out any forms on our Website, we may ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and/or mailing address. 
Applying for a Job.  If you apply for a job, we may collect your contact information, your employment history, and your educational history.
Submitting an Item for Auction.  If you submit an item for auction on our Website, we will collect basic contact information, such as name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.  We also collect some banking information in order to verify your account with our third party service provider, Stripe. Information We Collect Automatically

We or our third party service providers automatically collect the following information through your use of the Website and Services:

Usage Information.  This includes which of the pages on the Website you access, the frequency of access, and what you click on while on our Website.  We also collect information about your use of the Services, such as frequency of use.

Location Information.  We collect information about your actual location, which may be determined from GPS and other sensors that may reveal information on nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points, and cell towers.

Device Information.  We collect information about the device you are using, such as hardware model, operating system, application version number, browser, and IP addresses.  When you access our Website via a browser on your mobile device, we collect mobile network information including telephone number, the unique device identifier assigned to that device, mobile carrier, operating system, and other device attributes.

Google Analytics

Does the Website Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals?

There is currently no industry agreed-upon response to a Do Not Track signal.  At this time, our Website does not respond differently based on a user’s Do Not Track signal.

How Long Is Your Personal Information Kept

Fanticipate retains your personal information to the extent it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.  Fanticipate will delete your personal information when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to exceptions as discussed in this Notice or under applicable law, contract, or regulation. 

Our Commitment to Data Security

The security of your personal information is important to us.  We take various reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.  We have policies and procedures in place to ensure team members know what is expected of them in relation to personal information.  We have in place appropriate procedures for accessing our system and access it limited by role.  We have also put processes in place to address suspected breaches of your personal information.  If required by law to do so, we will notify you and/or the relevant regulatory agency in the event of a data breach.

However, we cannot and do not guarantee complete security, as it does not exist on the Internet.

Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.  This Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.  In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification or parental consent, we will immediately delete that information.  If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us using the information provided in the “How to Contact Us” section below.

The servers that support this Website may be located in the United States or other countries.  Data protection laws vary from country to country; however, we will process your information in accordance with this Notice no matter where your data is stored.  By using the Website, you freely and specifically give us your consent to export your personal information to the United States and to store and use it in the United States as specified in this Notice.  You understand that data stored in the USA may be subject to lawful requests by the courts or law enforcement authorities in the USA.
